There are many opinions as to what was the actual cause of WWII. These opinions vary vastly due to ethnicity, culture, and the prism one looks through. WWII was partially the result of WWI. Losing countries in that war lost much of their territories. Countries were created for Christian and Muslim religions, but the Jewish communities were forgotten.

Much of the reason the war began could better be explained as a mere series of events stemming from a ongoing struggle in Europe for power between the Fascists and the Socialists. Socialism is a form of Communism with a dictator being advised by the working people; Fascism on the other hand relies on a dictator who is advised by the Industry owners. In one such clash dating back to the turn of the century Japan destroyed almost the whole entire Russian Fleet with the help of a cyclone.

In 1936 in Spain a civil war broke out between the Communist and Fascists. Germany and Italy supported the Fascists, thus Germany began sinking ships headed to Spain. Japan at the same time invaded Korea and China. America eventually put sanctions on Japan due to the sinking of the USS Paney and atrocities committed by Japan. Seing Germany increased the tension of the world a notch by invading several surrounding small countries citing that Germans living abroad were being harassed.

It seemed like tensions would be dismissed with a peace pack made with Germany from England's Prim Minister Chamberlain which Germany and Russia promised not to invade anymore countries. Germany however decided to go against this pact and invaded Poland on September 1st, 1938. Russia joined Germany in the onslaught 16 days later and World War II according to many historians officially began. America officially did not enter World War II until 1941 which was ironically the same year that Germany decided to invade Russia and overtake a former allies who helped them.
