AFFIRMATIVE ACTION: Policy # 2260

Policy 2260, Affirmative Action, is located in the district By Laws and Policies’ book. Copies of this book are located in the Faculty Room, Principal’s Office, and Superintendent’s Office.

AFFIRMATIVE ACTION GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
The Grievance Procedure for affirmative action complaints shall be the procedure which is currently in the contract between the Board of Education and OATA with the Affirmative Action Officer participating at each level of the grievance procedure to advise the hearing officer.
