CLASS TRIP/OVERNIGHT TRIPS PROCEDURE

The procedure for requesting Board of Education approval for student travel experience shall be as follows:

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING TENTATIVE BOARD APPROVAL

The Supervisor of Athletics or the Vice-Principal will then forward the request to the principal indicating the compatibility of the request in light of the school calendar and program.

Any staff member who will use their own vehicle for transporting students must submit a current photo copy of your driver's license, registration, and insurance card along with each Field Trip form that is submitted.
