REQUESTS FOR BOARD APPROVAL

Requests for field trips, attendance at workshops, professional days, and all other matters which require Board approval, must be submitted in advance to permit consideration at the Work Meeting. The purpose of the Work Meeting is to give the Board opportunity to discuss items and resolve concerns before taking action.

These requirements must be submitted to the principal on or before the dates listed below for events taking place after the date indicated. Failure to do so will mean a postponement of the consideration by the Board for a month.

No field or enrichment trips which will take pupils out of classes will be approved for the period following May 15 to the end of the school year.
