Records

Parents, guardians and eligible students have the right to:

Inspect, upon request and before administration or use-
Protected information surveys of students;
Instruments used to collect personal information from students for any of the above marketing, sales, or other distribution purposes; and Instructional material used as part of the educational curriculum.

Request the amendment of a student’s education records that the parent or eligible student believes are inaccurate by-
Writing the school principal and
Clearly identifying the part of the record they want changed, and
Specify why it is inaccurate.

You may locate a student’s record in the Guidance Office. Other records are located in various areas of the school, but a member of the school staff will be present to provide you with the records and any interpretation you may need.
