Oakcrest Students have won the SMG state stock market contest (2,000+ teams) sponsored by SIFMA 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020,2021,2022, 2023, 2024 ,2025 making OHS the most successful school in SIFMA history.
In 2022-23 Oakcrest was invited to the Capital Hill Challenge, a national competition against 6,000 teams. Oakcrest finished 10th in the nation and attended a 3- day event and awards ceremony in Washington D.C. Student accomplishments were dedicated to the archives of Congress by Congressman Van Drew.
