My name is Ray Welsh and this is my 18th year here at Oakcrest! I graduated from Stockton College in 2006 with my BA in Literature and in Elementary Education. I am qualified to teach grades K-12 and have my special education certification from St Joseph's University.  I currently teach Adventures in Literature and  Chemistry with Mr. Friedel.
