Mr. Thomas and the Oakcrest digital video crew were on location in Northfield at Chico and Sons to film a series of promotional videos and content for social media.








Yesterday, several teachers from Absegami, Oakcrest and Cedar Creek participated in a workshop on Civil Discourse. The workshop, presented by The Sphere Institute, focused on strategies to approach difficult topics with our students.



Teen Center participants got a crash course in the dangers of substance use today during our Drunk Goggles Challenge. Students navigated an obstacle course while struggling to maintain proper vision and balance. They all agreed that driving under the influence is something they never want to experience. Great job guys!

Jake Parker created Inktober in 2009 as a challenge to improve his inking skills and develop positive drawing habits. It has since grown into a worldwide endeavor with thousands of artists taking on the challenge every year. 2D Art & Design students participated in this challenge, creating an ink drawing each day for the month of October. Oakcrest would like a feature a sampling of Inktober drawings from 12th grade student Dominic Phillips.


On October 18, Oakcrest students and staff collaborated to raise awareness for breast cancer by wearing pink and coming together for a photo on the football field. The event, organized by PE teacher Alycia Molinelli, also gave staff the opportunity to donate to the METAvivor foundation, which specializes in cancer research.

Thank you Coach Torres for planning family fun night! The girls, coaches and families had a blast 💥 The music was loud, the pizza was good, the desserts were yummy, the volleyball games were amazing and the smiles were ear to ear 😆 This is a memory that will last a lifetime 💙


Before a big 60-0 football win over Lower Cape May on senior night, seniors in fall cheerleading, band and football walked through the tunnel with their family to the 50 yd line to be honored for their last season at "The Nest". Congrats to the 2024 fall athletes on a great season!








Mr. Ponzetti's Computer Graphics P7 and P8 classes completed work for Halloween. Student used Photoshop layer masks to achieve the effect using two images. Great job by all.
